Sometimes, it’s the unspoken grief of a grandmother, the rigid survival of a father, or the quiet sacrifices of those who came before us. This is the space where we stop carrying what was never meant for our shoulders.
Join us for a soul-deep journey into the roots of your lineage to honor the past without being bound by it.
🕯️ What to Expect in Our Circle:
🌿 Guided Visualization: The Great Exchange
Travel through the landscape of your inner world to the ‘Ancestral Hall.’ Here, you will meet those who passed down their burdens. With love and clarity, you will visualize placing these heavy stones back into the earth, transforming them from burdens into wisdom.
🌬️ Somatic Release: Shaking the Lineage
Energy trapped in the nervous system is often a generational echo. Through intuitive movement and rhythmic shaking, we will physically discharge the “heaviness” stored in our fascia and bones, letting the body speak the words the voice cannot.
🔥 Release Ritual: Earth & Ash
Write down the specific patterns, fears, or expectations you are ready to let go of. We will offer these papers to the flame (I will burn or bury them in sacred soil), asking the Great Mother to compost these old stories into new life.
💃 Embodiment: The New Narrative
How does it feel to walk in your own skin, fueled only by your own truth? We conclude with a guided "Self-Story" dance—moving as the woman you are when you are free, sovereign, and fully yourself.
