We begin with a gentle inner child journey, creating a safe space to connect with the parts of you that may still be holding stress, anxiety, or old emotional patterns.

From there, you’ll be guided to the Sacred Tree—a powerful visualization where you can release what you’ve been carrying and allow it to be transformed, rather than held in your body.

You don’t have to force anything.
You don’t have to figure it all out.
You simply allow the release.

We will move through the body from the Crown to the Root and release any shadows being held in the body so you can feel a layer has lifted by the end of the class.

You will set an intention so your Guides can open that space for you to receive.

You’ll then be immersed in vibrational sound therapy, with singing bowls placed around and on the body.

The sound works directly with your nervous system to:
• Calm the mind and body
• Release stored tension and emotional residue
• Restore energetic flow and balance
• Support deep states of rest and repair

This is where the body begins to recalibrate—naturally.

As the body opens, essential oils are applied to support chakra alignment and deepen the release process.

This helps:
• Move stagnant energy
• Open energetic pathways
• Support emotional processing in a gentle, grounded way

Through guided affirmations and sound, we begin clearing patterns at a cellular level—including limiting beliefs and shadow imprints that may have been held for years.

This is where transformation happens… without force.

In union together, the energies can shift dramatically and deeply.

This is the class for you to shed the layers that are keeping you stuck, uninspired, and disconnected. This class helps your body with the self-care it needs when you do not have the capacity to go deep. Give your body this time to heal itself and open the space for something new.
