Join us for an evening dedicated to slowing down, looking inward, and honoring the year you’ve lived. Our theme, Reflection & Rest, invites you to pause, appreciate your journey, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply nurturing space. Located inside Village Root Head Spa, a beautiful historic brick mansion, this experience will take place in our peaceful 3rd-floor loft. Please note: there is no elevator — guests must be able to comfortably walk up the stairs.
Settle into the space with your choice of seating

✨ Or bring your own yoga mat for grounding on the floor
We have several blankets, but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable — a journal, warm layers, pillow, blanket or your favorite mat.
What to Expect
🌬️ Opening Breathwork Arrive in your body, soften your energy, and prepare the mind for stillness.
🔔 Sound Bath + Reiki
As soothing sound frequencies wash over you, gentle Reiki touch may be offered— soft, intentional hand placements on the head and shoulder to help release tension and invite deeper rest.
📝 Reflection & Sharing (Optional) We’ll close with a moment of quiet reflection. You’re welcome to write, integrate, or share your experience if you feel called. Come as you are Leave grounded, rested, and connected — with yourself and your year.
