Join us for a fun and fabulous 2-hour escape.
Get ready to move, laugh, stretch and relax at our step into Spring special dance and yoga event – the perfect way to enegise, unwind and step into Spring.
💃 Let loose with a joyful choreographed dance sessions set to your favourite tunes with Karen from Love To Dance.
🧘‍♀️ End with a grounding, rejuvenating and fun yoga flow with Pippa from press pause yoga and mindfulness.
