This low–medium impact class is perfect if you’re looking for:
✔️ A fun and uplifting way to get moving
✔️ Music you can’t help but dance to
✔️ Easy-to-follow routines (no dance experience needed!)
✔️ A welcoming community atmosphere
There is also the option to use small hand weights in one routine if you would like to bring some along. I do have a couple of sets that can be borrowed, first come first served.
