This 2.5-hour class will combine How to Walk in Heels 101 (Beginners) and How to Walk in Heels: Elevated (Intermediate/Advanced), taking you from the basics to advanced techniques—all in one empowering session!
What You’ll Learn:
- Heel-wearing techniques for balance and strength
- Foot-care tips to make your heel-wearing experience comfortable
- How to choose the perfect heel for confidence
- Tips for perfect posture, poise, and presence
- Master balance and control in higher heels
What to Bring:
👠 Your favorite heels (1-3" for 101, 4-6" for Elevated)
👟 Flats or sneakers for warm-ups
💧 Water & a can-do attitude!
