This immersive experience is designed to bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and align with your natural state of harmony.I will be guiding a sound immersion, using gongs, singing bowls, and sacred tones to create a vibrational field that supports deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and heightened awareness. Sound healing works by entraining brainwaves into meditative states, reducing stress, easing tension, and opening pathways for insight and healing.
Alongside me, @rooted_gypsy_soul and @emianaenergyhealing will be offering energy work,Reiki,IET working with the subtle energy body to clear blockages, restore flow, and activate your natural healing abilities.Energy work is known to help release stagnant emotions, promote deep relaxation, and enhance overall well-being by balancing the chakras and strengthening the body’s energetic field.
