We’re excited to welcome Ilene Mitnick for our January CreativeMornings gathering — a Joy Coach, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, and co-founder of The Zest Zone, known for helping people reconnect with joy, vitality, and what truly lights them up. Through coaching, Laughter Labs, and immersive retreats, Ilene’s work centers on one simple belief: joy isn’t something you wait for — it’s something you practice.Our global theme this month is KOORSOO — “a glimmer of hope.” Ilene will explore this theme through the lens of laughter and joy as small but powerful acts of resilience. Her talk will share how, in moments of uncertainty, tending to what brings us joy can interrupt fear, help us feel grounded, and gently carry us forward — not through grand breakthroughs, but through meaningful, human moments.
