Laughter practice snaps us out from auto-pilot negative mode and helps us transition into visionary mode, where more possibilities are available to explore.
* Movement and Vowel Toning: Engage in gentle movement and the ancient practice of vowel toning to harmonize mind, body, and spirit, and tap deeper into your intuition and your inner child.
* Shaking : Shaking is a powerful method for releasing stored tension and trauma from the body. Through rhythmic shaking, we tap into our primal instincts, allowing stagnant energy to dissipate and making space for renewed vitality and balance.
*Creative Chanting: Using the power of your own inner expression, voice, and natural sounds, allow your authentic voice to flow freely and creating harmony within. Co-creating a symphony of sounds and vibration, uplifting our spirits.
