On March 22, 2025 at 7:07pm, the Sun and Venus join at the same degree in Aries to create one of five flower points that Venus creates in her orbit around the Sun.Invite the sweetness of this Venus Star Point and the Spring Equinox into your life with a special yoga class and sound bath designed to align you with the celestial dance! As we celebrate this beautiful cosmic event, we will explore the significance of Venus's unique five-petaled flower shape, which she traces in her orbit around the Sun—a powerful symbol of love, creativity, and personal empowerment.
Class Highlights:
Breathwork & Intention Setting: We’ll start with Spring inspired Breathwork and a guided meditation that connects you to the heart of the Venus Star Point. We will set intentions related to love, creativity, harmony, and new beginnings, aligning with the qualities of Aries—courage, passion, and initiation.
Yoga Flow: Our yoga flow will embody the sacred energy of the five-petaled flower. With each petal representing empowerment, creativity, intuition, connection, and transformation, we will explore poses that align the body and open the heart to let the love in!
Sound Bath: We’ll seal it all in with the healing sound waves from my seven crystal bowls.
