Join us Sunday October 13th for A Benefit for my sister Chelsea Hyde. On 6/25/24 Chelsea was horseback riding with friends when suddenly the horse Chelsea was riding took off very quickly. Chelsea tried her best to calm the horse, but the horse bucked her off, over its head and onto the ground. Chelsea hit the ground and upon impact, her left leg endured numerous compound fractures and was completely twisted backwards. Chelsea laid in the dirt calling for help until she was sent by squad to a local trauma center. Chelsea underwent 5 surgeries and has had to learn how to walk again in physical therapy. Since 6/25/24, Chelsea has been unable to work. She is a single mother of a 5 year old boy, she has her own house, and her own car (which unfortunately no longer runs and cannot be fixed without money). She has always been a provider until this accident. The family has helped as much as we can, but we are turning to the community for a hand. We would love to see you at her benefit.
