⚽ Men's Recreational 4v4 Indoor Football with Futsal rules.
⚽ Open to all players whatever your skill level and mixed ages: 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s.
⏩ Indoor football played using rules from the FIFA official small sided version of the game known as Futsal.
🏟️ We'll play 4v4 on a reduced sized court (width of the sports hall). The dimensions of the court provide quick, fast play and maximise game time at a recreational level. Think you're a 1/2 touch specialist, or a footwork maestro? Love a volley? This is 'street football' at its finest.....
📖 The rules for this game will be adaptable dependent upon the number of players, and as follows:-
• The ball is a futsal ball with a 30% reduced bounce.
• The ball is allowed over head height (no restriction).
• 4 second kick in from touchline.
• A player cannot score directly from a kick in, the ball must touch any player before entering the goal.
• Keepers to kick out for 'goal kicks'.
• Opposition to retreat to the halfway line for goal kicks. All players to remain in their own half.
• Players can roam anywhere on the court & can enter the keepers box.
• The ball can't be picked up by the keeper from a pass back.
• Players to allow 5 steps space for corners and kick ins as shown by line markings.
• No sliding tackles.
⚽ Friendly competitive. This is a game amongst peers, football and futsal lovers. You don't have to make out you played 'semi pro' here. We're playing for recreation, to keep active and for the love of the game ❤️⚽
⏱️ Duration is 1 hour to include setup/warm up, 2 x 25 minute halves with short 2/3 minute half time interval.
⚠️ Players must wear shin guards and appropriate indoor futsal/football shoes for this surface.
🧤 Keepers must wear gloves.
👕 2 Jerseys required; Light/bright/White/Red/Yellow T-shirt & Dark T-Shirt/navy/black.
🎫 £6 per player. Please make contact and book in with the host.
⚽ We're not a club or league, we're a recreational platform bringing grass roots and 'street' players together, for the enjoyment of the game.
