New route alert! Check out strava maps to have some knowledge of where to go but we will try to mark the turns as well to help out. Join us at 6 pm for a 3ish mile group run leaving from Fickle Palate. We are also on week 5 of a couch to 5k program that you are more than welcome to jump into at anytime. For the next two weeks we will be filling the blessing box behind Central Pres with water and snacks. Hang out afterwards for a drink or a fabulous dinner at our host restaurant.
