The crazy marathon long miles are coming to taper mode these next two weeks for our Chicago friends. Let’s keep them motivated and join them in our weekly LR at 6am from Unity Park’s playground. All distances and paces are welcome always. We are planning on moving the group to 7am on October 18th fyi for the winter months.
