Join us for a Restful + Restorative Evening of Sacred Sound & Meditation by Candlelight at the Frequency Wellness Space in Rochester !You are Invited to a Transformative Sound Journey of Serenity and Holistic Healing. Come Relax into the Echoes of Rest + Renewal and Give Yourself Permission to Pause, Breathe and Unwind from the Busyness of Life.
Indulge in an evening of pure relaxation, rejuvenation and healing as you immerse yourself in the gentle ambient tones, harmonics, and vibrations of an array of instruments including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, the Ancient Monochord, a gong, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and more.
Join Jennifer, from Ancient Paths Wellness - ( Toronto, Canada) for an evening of relaxation, breathwork, sound healing and connection on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 7:00-8:00 pm.
Our Restorative evening finishes with individual mini-grounding sessions as people are invited to step into a large Himalayan bowl for extra grounding and stabilizing before heading home to enjoy a great evening of deep, restorative healing sleep.
Participants are invited to come a bit early to enjoy some herbal tea and get comfortable before starting promptly at 7:00pm
