Dear Beautiful Sisters,Join us for a delicious five-hour retreat where you’ll embody a goddess of your choice, be in a sacred creative container of sensual embodiment & connect with your divine feminine energy within a supportive sisterhood. This event will be an intimate experience, capped at 12 amazing women.

🌺 The Guided Experience 🌺
👯 Group Dance: Venus DelMar will lead a group warm up to gently wake up your body with sensual movements & soft soothing music. Then we’ll dive into learning a simple & beautiful dance choreography in which each goddess will represent a single petal of a sacred flower. Soak up the juiciness of graceful feminine movement within a fun empowering space. There will be a special emphasis on circular flowy movements as well as feeling the collective goddess energy as we breathe & move together. Open to all levels of dance experience & backgrounds.

📸 Photoshoot: Next you’ll have the lovely opportunity to be photographed by Paget Norton. In this intimate 1 on 1 session, you will be captured in your full beauty & power as your embodied goddess. This session will be gently guided with organic movement as well as posed & candid moments. You’ll receive a 3-image professionally printed matted image folio after the event that will illuminate this special moment of your goddess embodiment~ a lovely keepsake for you that you may place on your altar or other sacred area. Photos of our entire goddess group will also be taken & will be shared digitally!

💃 Performance & Celebration: Once we have learned our group dance & taken our individual photos, we will come together to perform our piece & celebrate each other. We will perform our group dance in smaller groups so we may witness each other’s beauty. There’ll be space for you to express yourself individually through dance whilst the other goddesses cheer you on! Immerse yourself in the magic of being seen & held in your personal embodiment of the goddess.

🌺 Important Guidelines 🌺
🌿 Come in your Goddess Attire: Create your own goddessy look or fully embody a specific goddess of your choice with the colors, textures, and items she wears. This is an opportunity to create a unique look that will be encapsulated in your photoshoot. Wear clothing that is comfortable to dance in & not restrictive to full body movement. Bring any other props that your specific goddess is associated with for the photoshoot. For example, Goddess Athena typically holds a bow & arrow, Goddess Isis holds an Ankh, and other goddesses may be associated with an animal or an element. Have fun researching & creating your goddess embodiment, choose any goddess that calls to you from any part of the world!

🍓 Light snacks provided: About halfway through the event we will have fruits & healthy snacks for you. However, please nourish yourself before coming. Bring any additional preferred snacks to take care of yourself during our break time. Please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated & refreshed during our time together!
