As the new year gently unfolds, Embodying the Light invites you into an immersive, high vibrational afternoon designed to support emotional replenishment, energetic clearing and embodied illumination as we settle out of the holiday rhythm and into the year ahead.
This gathering offers a nourishing pause in the height of summer… a moment to soften, regulate and ground after movement, travel and expansion, while consciously anchoring what you wish to carry forward.
Your Soulful Breath team, Kristy and Vicky, come together once again to weave together the beautiful medicine of cacao, transformational breathwork, ancient Egyptian healing currents, sound and gentle energetic alchemy to create a deeply restorative and uplifting container.

Kristy Brooks | Holistic Heart Healing
Kristy is an accredited Reiki, Seichim, and Karuna master/teacher, as well as a Cacao Ceremonialist Facilitator, specializing in somatic release breathwork and meditation. Her work is driven by a profound passion for guiding individuals into self-love, self-acceptance, and self-belief. Kristy creates a safe and nurturing environment for deep self-exploration, helping clients align with their highest timelines. Her fascination with the metaphysical and spiritual realms, along with her love for crystals and oracle cards, has inspired her dedication to empowering others.
