🗓️ SESSION 2: Sunday 21st June• Time: 15:00 – 16:10• Location: Drigg Village Hall (Drigg, Holmrook, Cumbria, CA19 1FX)
💰 Investment: £20 per person per session

What to bring: To ensure your maximum comfort during the session, please bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a small pillow, and wear comfortable clothing layers.
⏰ Arrival:Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to get settled into your space. Doors will close promptly at the start time to ensure an undisturbed, peaceful experience for everyone.
Suitability:This session is suitable for everyone. However, if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from sound-sensitive conditions, please let us know when booking.
