☀️ Warm welcome to this unique seasonal yoga workshop with Živilė Osman and Christine B. Hansen.
☀️ As we move out of the darker months and welcome the light of spring and summer, we invite you to mark this transition with a powerful, energising, and nourishing practice!
☀️ We will begin with 108 Sun Salutations – a traditional yoga ritual often used to honour change, growth, and new cycles.
☀️ And honestly… if we make this event fully booked and salute the sun together with enough intention and joy, maybe we’ll give Bergen the best summer in history! 😂
🙏 After this Yang practice, we shift into deep Yin: a long, guided Yoga Nidra to allow the body and nervous system to fully rest, integrate, and restore.
🥰 We end the experience by sharing a light, healthy homemade meal by Christine, together with a cup of coffee or tea, taking time to connect, reflect on the practice, and enjoy good company – perhaps even make a new friend or two.

🤍 CAN I DO THIS? (you probably wonder)
Yes.
You are always welcome to take breaks, modify the practice, or rest when needed. Christine will guide you carefully through the entire sequence and offer tips on how to pace your energy wisely. We will move through the practice in sets of 10 Sun Salutations, with pauses and mantras in between. It may feel challenging at first, but once you start doing it in supportive group you might surprise yourself.

The number 108 is considered sacred across many traditions and holds historical, scientific, mathematical, and spiritual significance. Curious why 108? Join us and experience it rather than just reading about it.
💤 WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative practice where the body rests while the mind remains gently aware.
In this workshop, the Yoga Nidra will intentionally support: release of muscular tension, nervous system regulation, mental rest and emotional integration.
It is a true pause – not only after the physical practice, but from everyday mental load – helping you move forward with more ease, clarity, and calm.
ABOUT THE TEACHERS
☀️ Živilė Osman is a holistic mindfulness and yoga teacher, author of a self-growth book, and lecturer with a higher degree in psychology. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, mind-body connection, presence, and overall well-being. She is known for her compassionate and grounding presence that helps people feel seen, safe, and supported.
☀️ Christine B. Hansen is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher with a 200h (soon 500h) RYT education from Alexander Medin. She holds a higher degree in psychology from the University of Bergen and is currently undertaking a trauma-informed yoga course with Josefin Wikström. She is focused on promoting the practice of yoga as a tool to connect with your body, getting to know yourself and your patterns at a deeper level and to come to accepts all the parts of yourself. It`s about taking a «non-judgemental» attitude towards everything that is happening in yourself and around you. She believes that the yogamat can be seen as a lab where you can explore and challenge your patterns, fears and boundaries.
