⏱️ HOW CAKE TASTING WORKS
( Cake Picnic–Style Wristband System)
To ensure fairness, availability, and a great experience for everyone, cake tasting is organized using colored wristbands and timed tasting waves.
🎟️ Wristbands
- Every ticketed guest receives a colored wristband at check-in
- Your wristband color determines your guaranteed cake tasting window
- Wristbands are assigned based on arrival time
This system prevents crowding and ensures everyone gets cake.
🍰 DURING YOUR TASTING WINDOW
- You may freely walk the cake tables
- Take one small tasting portion at a time
- Return for additional tastings during your window
- Cakes are cut and managed by event staff and volunteers
Outside your tasting window, you’re welcome to enjoy drinks, music, photos, and the garden atmosphere.

- This ticket is for eating cake only
- Cake tasting is limited to your assigned wristband window
- No taking multiple slices at once
- No saving slices for later
