Join Prana Yoga Studio’s inspiring and dedicated team of teachers as we journey through a month of renewal and transformation. Every day we will gather for a rejuvenating yoga practice ranging from inspiring yoga flow to challenging vinyasa to restorative yoga. All levels of practitioner are welcome.

🌱Daily IN STUDIO Warm Yoga Practice 6:00 – 7:00 am (Flow, Vinyasa, Akhanda, Core, Yin & more!)
🌱Hot Herbal Tea to go after class
🌱Opening Circle Tuesday April 22nd 6-7 pm at Prana
🌱Celebratory completion circle Sunday May 11th 7am

🌱Participants can miss 2 classes, but must make-up the classes at Prana prior to end date. Please note, make up classes at Prana are an extra $10 fee & are not included in the challenge price
