In yoga, 108 is considered a sacred number representing wholeness, connection, and spiritual growth. Completing 108 Sun Salutations is a powerful way to honor the changing season, release what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the months ahead.
After our practice, stay for THE STRETCH LOUNGE — an open gym-style experience, but think YOGA. Move, stretch, recover, connect, and enjoy the community at your own pace.
