Drawing on the principles of Classical Tantric Yoga, the workshop will begin with a gentle and embodied practice incorporating asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation. Attention will be given to the subtle anatomy of the body, including the chakras, nadis and the movement of prana. Through conscious movement, breath and awareness, these practices help to regulate the nervous system, awaken vitality and cultivate a deeper sense of presence, stillness and inner clarity.
From this grounded foundation, we will move into the core practice of the workshop: a guided meditation designed to support progressively deeper states of consciousness and Being. Practised in pairs, this meditation invites participants to explore the true depths of what we ultimately are.
The practice offers a unique opportunity to encounter oneself through the mirror of another while remaining rooted in embodied awareness.
This is a powerful and transformative practice that can evoke profound states of stillness and insight. It is most suitable for those with some prior experience of meditation, self-inquiry or contemplative practice and who feel comfortable exploring the deeper dimensions of consciousness.

We then have a shared lunch, picnic style on the floor - please bring a dish to share.
The final few hours of each day will be devoted to the relational practice of Circling and Surrendered Leadership.
Circling is a powerful practice of relational mindfulness that brings awareness to how we experience ourselves and others in real time. Much of what shapes the way we think, feel and relate operates beneath conscious awareness. We all carry patterns, habits and assumptions that can remain hidden until they arise in relationship.
Through Circling and Surrendered Leadership, these patterns become visible as lived experience rather than abstract ideas. By slowing down and paying attention to what is happening in the present moment; physically, emotionally and especially relationally, we begin to recognise familiar ways of connecting, protecting ourselves and making sense of the world.
The emphasis is not on analysing or fixing ourselves or others but on cultivating presence, curiosity and honesty. As we become more aware of our habitual ways of relating, new possibilities for connection, authenticity and choice begin to emerge.
This is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in a more meaningful way. As awareness deepens, moments of insight, intimacy and genuine connection often arise naturally.
The practices are open to anyone with a curiosity about self-inquiry, conscious relationships and the deeper dimensions of being human.
This transformational practice is incredibly powerful and can be intense, emotive and confronting.
