Dansers welkom vanaf 19u30. Er speelt muziek in de zaal en iedereen komt in stilte binnen. Tijd om aan te komen, stretchen, jezelf in te dansen en op te warmen.

* Deur en kassa zijn open tussen 19u30 en 20u15. Daarna gaat het dicht. Gelieve dus op tijd te komen.

With a background in Tantra and years of experience on global dance floors, she knows how to hold space for deep connection and uninhibited movement. Her sets aren’t just mixes; they are tapestries of emotion, curated with pure passion and intention. Her goal? To free people from overthinking and drop them into pure presence.

♦ Ecstatic Dance Richtlijnen ♦
✨ Dans zonder woorden
Bij Ecstatic Dance communiceren we niet met woorden, maar met ons lichaam. Laat je beweging de taal zijn waarmee je je ten volle uitdrukt.
🦶 Op blote voeten
We dansen op blote voeten om beter contact te maken met de aarde en ons lichaam. Zachte dansschoenen zijn ook welkom. De ruimte heeft een ruime parketvloer die uitnodigt tot vrij bewegen.
🎶 Een verzorgde setting
We houden van helder geluid en een fijne sfeer. De ruimte is warm en sfeervol ingericht. Er is drinkwater en vers fruit voorzien om je te ondersteunen tijdens en na het dansen.
🛡️ Veiligheid en respect
Een gevoel van veiligheid staat centraal. Solo-dansers zijn van harte welkom. Wil je graag met iemand in verbinding dansen? Voel samen of er een duidelijke JA is. Respecteer altijd je eigen grenzen én die van anderen.
🚫 Geen alcohol of drugs
Om helderheid, aanwezigheid en een veilige ruimte te bewaren, zijn alcohol en drugs niet toegestaan.
Het is niet toegelaten om foto's of filmpjes te maken.
Zie of voel je dingen die tegen de guidelines ingaan? Blijf er niet mee zitten en deel het in het moment met de ceremonieleider.

As the founder of SANVIDA, Tirol’s first Ecstatic Dance & Workshop Festival, she has shaped spaces for thousands of dancers, from ecstatic open-air raves, clubs and underground parties.

Locatie: Doxtudio Gent - Dok-Noord 7/107 - 9000 Gent (Ga naar het midden van het open plein en neem daar de roltrap naar de eerste verdieping) Je vind Doxtudio recht voor jou aan de roltrap.
Tijdstip: elke vrijdagavond ook in vakanties 19u30 tot 22u30
Prijs: Een losse avond is 20 euro / Er zijn ook 10 beurtenkaarten dan is het 17 euro per dans. Studenten aan 15 euro. Enkel te betalen cash aan de kassa. Geen inschrijvingen vooraf.
Breng je eigen flesje water mee voor tijdens de dans.
✨ Parkeren bij Ecstatic Dance Gent ✨
Onze wekelijkse Ecstatic Dance in Doxtudio (Dok Noord) is heel makkelijk bereikbaar. Onder het gebouw vind je een ruime ondergrondse parking met maar liefst 800 plaatsen.
➡️ Je rijdt de parking binnen via de Muidebrug, zo blijf je netjes buiten de lage-emissiezone.
➡️ Aan de bar in Doxtudio staat een parkeerticketscanner: scan je kaart na de dans en ontvang 2 uur gratis parkeren!
Zo kan je helemaal zorgeloos komen genieten en vrijuit dansen. 💃🕺
