Dansers welkom vanaf 19u30. Er speelt muziek in de zaal en iedereen komt in stilte binnen. Tijd om aan te komen, stretchen, jezelf in te dansen en op te warmen.
20:00 openingscirkel en begeleide opwarming
* Deur en kassa zijn open tussen 19u30 en 20u15. Daarna gaat het dicht. Gelieve dus op tijd te komen.

Music can be the fluid base for self expression. Just like water, it can carry us to different places. In an Ecstatic Dance flow, different layers and aspects of life are visited through the hi's and low's that the musical journey provides.
As an ED DJ, my aim is to create a musical journey that enables you to embody and dance with different parts of yourself, ultimately giving space to your most authentic self expression.
My journey with diving deeper into the process of authentic self expression started a few years ago. And in that I've experienced the power of music. Now I hope to share this with others through organizing Ecstatic Dance and creating musical journeys through DJing.
In my sets you can experience both sides of the spectrum: diving deep into slow, esoteric tunes and absolutely loosing it on the most uplifting and energetic beats.

✨ Dans zonder woorden
Bij Ecstatic Dance communiceren we niet met woorden, maar met ons lichaam. Laat je beweging de taal zijn waarmee je je ten volle uitdrukt.
🦶 Op blote voeten
We dansen op blote voeten om beter contact te maken met de aarde en ons lichaam. Zachte dansschoenen of sokken zijn ook welkom.
🎶 Een verzorgde setting
We houden van helder geluid en een fijne sfeer. De ruimte is warm en sfeervol ingericht. Er is drinkwater en vers fruit voorzien om je te ondersteunen tijdens en na het dansen.
🛡️ Veiligheid en respect
Een gevoel van veiligheid staat centraal. Er is de vrijheid om op jezelf te dansen of samen. Heb respect voor jezelf en de ander.
🚫 Geen alcohol of drugs
Om helderheid, aanwezigheid en een veilige ruimte te bewaren, zijn alcohol en drugs niet toegestaan.
Het is niet toegelaten om foto's of filmpjes te maken.
Zie of voel je dingen die tegen de guidelines ingaan? Blijf er niet mee zitten en deel het in het moment met de verantwoordelijke van de avond.

Locatie: Doxtudio Gent - Dok-Noord 7/107 - 9000 Gent (Ga naar het midden van het open plein en neem daar de roltrap naar de eerste verdieping) Je vind Doxtudio recht voor jou aan de roltrap.
Tijdstip: elke vrijdagavond ook in vakanties 19u30 tot 22u30
Prijs: Een losse avond is 20 euro / Er zijn ook 10 beurtenkaarten dan is het 17 euro per dans / Studenten aan 15 euro / Cash te betalen aan de kassa.
Breng je eigen flesje water mee voor tijdens de dans.
