As an extra bonus, this performance will include a brand new animated short film featuring Peter and the Wolf, again accompanied live by the orchestra.

After the performance, everyone is welcome to come down to meet the musicians, see their instruments and admire their amazing costumes too!

The show also includes a fun, festive introduction to the orchestra (composed by CBeebies Musical Storyland composer, Daniel Whibley), and even a special visit from the Snowman himself!

What if the performance is cancelled?

If a performance is cancelled, you will receive a full refund, including booking fees.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

This performance is suitable for all ages 3+. However, we ask parents of young children to be considerate to other audience members by temporarily leaving the performance area if their child is crying or disturbing others.  

I need to ask about personal assistance and accessibility

We offer a personal assistance scheme which enables those coming to an event in need of assistance to claim a ticket for a personal assistant at no charge. Wheelchair spaces are available by request. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For your protection and the comfort of all customers, Carrot Productions Limited reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances such as rowdy or violent behaviour.

For the consideration of other audience members, latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance before taking their seats.

No audio or visual recording equipment is allowed.

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder consents to being shown as members of the audience in official filming, photography and sound recording. 

All children must be accompanied by and remain under the care and control of a responsible adult at all times.

Tickets are non-refundable when closer than 30 days prior to the event unless the performance is cancelled, in which case the full amount paid - including fees - will be refunded.
