Biography:
Captivated by Brazilian poetry, music and dance, Martie lived and worked in Rio de Janeiro for seven years. After her studies at the conservatory in Rotterdam, the singer/pianist/composer packed her bags to further develop herself in Brazil. According to the press and the public, she has mastered Brazilian culture and music in a unique way. She immersed herself in various dance and music styles, studied percussion rhythms of the 'Mestres' from the Amazon and Bahia, a music project in the favela, performed for King Willem Alexander and Máxima and launched the album 'Quem te viu' with the collaboration of a.o. Roberto Menescal and Carlos Malta.
Ivo Stuivenberg, winner of the Talent der Lage Landen, is a musical world traveler and has made music all over the world. After studying at the University and Conservatory, this Rotterdam pianist-singer-composer-lyricist decided to follow his passion and dedicate his life solely to music. He sang French chansons in the Beaujolais, played the Samba in Rio de Janeiro, played Black Gospel in New York, Surinamese music in Suriname, Caribbean music in the Caribbean, North African music in North Africa, traveled all over the world as a piano bar entertainer on the Holland America line.
