Party With a K, LLC is not responsible for the use of your likeness or image by third-party media, sponsors, or partners who independently capture content at the event. Attendance constitutes full agreement to these terms. If you do not consent, you may not attend. If you wish to limit your participation, please notify event staff upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request — however, incidental capture cannot be guaranteed to be avoided.
