Join Christina Wherry of Thick Girl Yoga LA for a powerful New Year's Day Reset Meditation and Fire Ceremony right on the sands of Dockweiler Beach.

The first day of the year is the perfect opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and set clear, vibrant intentions for the 12 months ahead. This special outdoor practice will combine grounding meditation with a ritualistic fire ceremony to cleanse and ignite your personal journey.

Come together with a supportive community for an hour and a half of gentle movement, reflection, and connection as we embrace a fresh start for 2026.

• Guided Meditation: A calming practice to center your mind and connect with your inner wisdom.
• Intention Setting: Guided exercises to help you clarify your goals and desires for the new year.
• Fire Ceremony: A beautiful, symbolic ritual where we offer up the past year's burdens and solidify our new intentions into the flame.
• Community: A chance to connect with others who are committed to growth and self-care.

This beach event is a special in-person gathering to celebrate the conclusion of the Thick Girl Yoga LA Meditation Reset!

If you're looking for a dedicated practice leading up to New Year's Day, you are invited to join the daily Meditation Reset starting December 15th at 5:30 AM PST live on Instagram: @THICKGIRLYOGALA. This beach day will be a great way for us to come together and connect after the reset journey!

• A yoga mat or large beach towel
• Warm layers of clothing (it can be chilly on the beach in the morning!)
• Water bottle
• A journal and pen (optional, for reflecting and writing intentions)
