We are so happy to again, invite you for some delicious vocal sound healing summer days together with us at the very unique gem of a retreat center Solhälla, situated by the Swedish west coast. Here we will be surrounded by forest and lake, and as a bonus to support our vocal sound healing journey, Solhälla offers sauna, swimming in the lake, wonderful vegetarian ecological food and evening gatherings around the fire. We will also sing lots of heart opening songs together. Moreover, the brand new Solhälla temple(built in 2021), where we will do our workshop, has a beautiful and balanced acoustic that could not be more fitting for singing and voice work.
After the workshop, Sunday evening at 19.00 we will play a water blessing celebration concert with our duo MAMAS OF PEARL, where the audience will be invited to sing along. And even if the workshop and the concert are two separate events, we highly encourage you to also attend our concert and stay until Monday morning to have the full experience and integrate the voice work.

𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐏
Implied by the name VOICEANIC, this workshop is an invitation to melt into oneness in the ocean of vocal sound, where you are offered the opportunity to immerse yourself in both your own and other people's voices. Starting out with basic breathing and body exercises, you will be safely and playfully guided into opening up for your natural voice in order to use it as a healing modality for both yourself and others. Getting in touch with our natural voice is enormously enjoyable, and at the same time very vitalizing and regenerating for our body, mind and soul. Moreover, meeting in resonance with other people's natural voices is enormously unifying.
Combined with the right intention, the voice can act as a bridge for high-frequent energy to enter where healing is needed. We often hear people say that while they are singing and using their voice, they feel like they are being showered by light, and on an energetic level, that is actually what is happening.
Energy follows intention, and we work with the formula; intention + voice = healing.
This workshop is for ALL voices, both experienced and inexperienced. It is not at all about having a “perfect” voice in the traditional sense, but about the willingness to open up to your true natural voice, for the benefit of yourself and others. Each voice is unique, and therefore has a special quality and ability that no one else has, regardless of whether your voice is trained or not. We will work both individually and at group level.
We attach great importance to creating a space where all participants can feel safe, and that it all takes place at a pace that everyone is comfortable with.

Solhälla has 9 rooms in the guesthouse, 6 double room (2x90cm bed) and 3 single room with one 120cm bed.
In the garden we have 2 tents with 3 beds in, (glamping).
You can also bring your own tent and place it in the garden, then you bring all what you need for your own comfort.
The first day starting with dinner and the last day ending with lunch. You may arrive the first day from 15.00 and leave the last day at 16.00 if we don’t agree of something else.

Veronika Stalder(Switzerland) & Annette Odimer(Norway/Denmark) are vocal sound healers and experienced facilitators of voice healing workshops, song circles, and have each composed many ceremonial songs. Moreover they are both sing & songwriters, solo artists and engaged in various musical projects. Together they have founded the duo MAMAS OF PEARL. They met for the first time in Spain at the International Education in Vocal Sound Therapy by Githa Ben David, where they found in each other a soul mate to bring together both their gifts for healing and harmonizing through their voices. Their great passion is also to facilitate spaces where we gather to get closer to our truth and sense of oneness.
𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫
Veronika Stalder (Switzerland) is a singer, composer and multiinstrumentalist with a broad way of expression. She has won the Russian World Music Award in 2016 with the Authentic Light Orchestra, has sung a duo with Serj Tarkian for the movie “The Promise” (Terry George) and toured the world bands such as Veronika Ndiigo, constantly collecting inspiration for her own music. Veronika has released several albums with original songs and has published a song book with healing songs with Moia. Besides she’s a singing teacher, provider of singing circles, giving masterclasses in Jazz Schools and is also a visual artist.
𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐎𝐝𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫
Annette Odimer (Norway/Denmark) is a singer, composer and certified vocal sound therapist. She is the facilitator of weekly singing circles and vocal sound healing group sessions, and also provides individual vocal healing treatments through her voice and music network. She is doing voice workshops in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland. She has released several albums with her own songs, and is the founder of the band Annette Odimer -Love Your Way. Furthermore, she is educated as an actor, voice facilitator, energy therapist and holds a bachelor in English and a master in Theatre & Performance Studies from Cph University.
