சிறகுகள் (Siragugal) is a project of Rotary Club of United Chennai which aims to showcase the talents of intellectually abled children from various special schools in and around Chennai. A one day project that witnesses special children sing, dance and showcase their natural talent to make their imprint that they are surely, absolutely part of the society. For the first time the club celebrates சிறகுகள் on 13th Sept, 2025 morning 9am onwards at The Spastic Society of Tamilnadu, Taramani, Chennai-600119.
