What if no student had to miss class, feel embarrassed, or stay silent because of menstruation?
What would a truly Period-Friendly School look like?
In observance of Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Day, Youth Action for Development (YAD) is bringing together students, youth leaders, schools, health professionals, civil society organizations and development partners for a unique youth-led platform to explore these questions and inspire collective action.
ঋতুকথা ২০২৬ is more than an event.
It is a space where youth voices, lived experiences, evidence, art and partnerships come together to promote menstrual dignity and more supportive school environments.
Through conversations, creative expression and collaboration, participants will contribute to a growing movement for schools where every student can learn with confidence, dignity and support.
