As part of KCC’s vibrant celebration of Rajasthan’s cultural legacy through Ramjhol 3.0, we invite you to immerse yourself in चित्रकला, a two-day Rajasthani Miniature Painting Workshop — an artistic journey through one of India’s most refined traditional art forms. Facilitated by artist and educator Meenakshi Sengupta, the workshop will introduce participants to the rich world of Rajasthani miniatures — known for their intricate detailing, natural pigments, and evocative storytelling. The participants will be introduced to the key techniques of Rajasthani miniature painting, traditional materials, tools, and Wasli paper. With hands-on guidance, the session will blend technical instruction with practice, offering a foundational experience in one of India's most refined art forms.
Whether you're an art enthusiast or a curious learner, this workshop will offer an insight into how contemporary artists are reimagining miniature art today. Open to all skill levels — no prior training required
