ולהעביר איתנו את יום כיפור ביחד, כשבט
נתתכנס בשבט לנשימות, מדיטציות וצום
ביום שלישי 4.10 החל משעה 18:00
עד יום רביעי 5.10 בשעה 19:00
°ניתן להביא דברי מזון ושתייה טבעוניים בלבד ליתר ביטחון או למאכל בסיום הצום, אנא כבדו את שאר האנשים שצמים
° במהלך הצום לא נשמיע מוזיקה, נשמור כמה שניתן על שקט ולא נדליק אש
השתדלו בבקשה לא לעשן
בכניסה למרחב יוצב לוח מחיק בו ניתן יהיה להשתבץ, מי שרוצה להעביר תוכן כלשהו כגון סדנה/מדיטציה/יוגה/מעגל שיתוף או כל תוכן אחר שמתאים לתדר של יום כיפור מוזמן/ת באהבה
°°אפשר להגיע בכל זמן ולהכנס באמצע, כל עוד שומרים על השקט בכניסה למרחב
°כולל לינה, יש מזרנים וספות אך ליתר ביטחון כדאי להביא מזרון מתקפל או שק שינה. החל מהשעה 22:00 יכובה האור במרחב המרכזי על מנת לאפשר שינה למי שרוצה. ניתן יהיה לדבר בשקט בשאר המרחבים
°מי שתלוי בתחבורה יכול/ה להגיע/ה כבר בצהריים בתיאום
שעות הצום:
כניסת כיפור: בשעה 18:00
יציאת כיפור: בשעה 18:57
בכניסה למרחב תוצב תיבת שפע להשתתפות
כל ההכנסות יוקדשו למען המשך פעילות המרחב השבטי

We are excited to invite you
to spend Yom Kippur with us together, as a tribe.
We will gather for breathing, meditations and fasting
On Tuesday 4.10 starting at 18:00
Until Wednesday 5.10 at 19:00
° Only vegan food and drinks can be brought for safety or to eat at the end of the fast, please respect the other people who are fasting.
° During the fast we will not play music, we will keep as quiet as possible and we will not light a fire
Please try not to smoke
At the entrance to the space there will be an erasable board where it will be possible to cross, anyone who wants to convey any content such as a workshop/meditation/yoga/sharing circle or any other content that fits the energy of Yom Kippur is cordially invited
°°You can arrive at any time and enter in the middle, as long as you keep the silence at the entrance to the space
° Includes accommodation, there are mattresses and sofas, but to be safe, you should bring a folding mattress or sleeping bag. Starting at 22:00, the light in the central area will be turned off in order to allow sleep for those who wish. It will be possible to talk quietly in the other spaces.
Those who depend on transportation can arrive already at noon.
Fasting hours:
Entrance of Kippur: at 18:00
Kippur departure: at 18:57
At the entrance to the space, a box of abundance will be placed for participation.
All proceeds will be dedicated to the continuation of the activity of the tribal space
