Уважаеми членове на Българското общество по психоанализа и групова анализа!
Управителният съвет на Сдружение "Българско общество по психоанализа и групова анализа", във връзка с чл. 21 (1) от Устава на сдружението има удоволствието да ви покани на Общо годишно отчетно-изборно събрание на 26 септември 2025 г. (петък) от 17:30 ч. (местно време в София, България), при следния дневен ред:
1. Отчет за дейността през 2024. Проекто-решение: приемане на отчета за дейността за 2024.
2. Финансов отчет за 2024. Проекто-решение: приемане на финансовия отчет за 2024.
3. Вземане на решение за обявяване на отчета за дейността и годишния финансов отчет за 2024 в Търговския регистър и в Регистъра на юридическите лица с нестопанска цел към Агенция по вписванията в законоустановения срок и съгласно законовия ред. Проекто-решение: обявяване на отчета за дейността и годишния финансов отчет за 2024 в ТР и РЮЛНЦ към АВ.
4. Избор на нов Управителен съвет.
5. Избор на Консултативен съвет.
6. Избор на Комисия по етика.

Dear members of the Bulgarian Society of Psychoanalysis and Group Analysis!
The Management Board of the Bulgarian Society for Psychoanalysis and Group Analysis, by Article 21 (1) of the Association's Statutes, is pleased to invite you to the Annual General Reporting Election Meeting on September 26, 2025 (Friday) at 5:30 p.m. (EET Sofia, Bulgaria), with the following agenda:
1. Report on activities in 2024. Draft resolution: approval of the report on activities for 2024.
2. Financial report for 2024. Draft resolution: approval of the financial report for 2024.
3. Decision on the publication of the activity report and the annual financial report for 2024 in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities at the Registry Agency within the statutory deadline and accordance with the law. Draft decision: publication of the activity report and annual financial report for 2024 in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities at the Registry Agency.
4. Election of a new Management Board.
5. Election of an Advisory Board.
6. Election of an Ethics Committee.

Authorisation
By Article 22 (4) of the Articles of Association, "One person may represent no more than one member of the Society at the General Meeting based on a written power of attorney."
Confirmation of participation is mandatory to the following email address [email protected], no later than September 19, 2025, with explicit specification of the form of participation - in person or online. In case of absence, one shall submit information for authorisation.
