We’ve handpicked a crew of Ōtautahi’s best food vendors serving up next-level BBQ and smoky goodness. From brisket to pulled pork, sausages to inventive sides, every plate is built to match the atmosphere of the day.

Let’s be real — last year, our VIP experience wasn’t up to scratch. We heard you loud and clear. The queues were too long, the space didn’t feel special enough, and overall, it just didn’t deliver the value we promised.
This year, we’ve completely rebuilt VIP from the ground up and given it a proper identity: The Smoke Saloon. Here’s what you can expect:
