The preliminary poetry slam for the right to compete in the Ōtautahi Poetry Grand Slam as part of WORD Christchurch. Make it to the top 10 and you get to be part of WORD and compete for the crown of Ōtautahi Poetry Slam Champion 2026! Judged by the audience, come along and hear ChCh's bravest slug it out in literary style. Door sales only (spectators) $15. 7pm, Weds 26th August.
