Internationally acclaimed flamenco duo Chris & Lena Jácome (www.JacomeFlamenco.com) team up with a handful of musicians from Arizona Philharmonic to offer a unique and unforgettable musical experience. This brand new show includes works composed by Chris B. Jácome and flamenco infused arrangements of pieces from the Classical music tradition. The Jácomes have performed internationally in Mexico, Canada, Spain and Indonesia, and at prestigious venues such as the Lincoln Center in New York City or the Redlands Bowl in California. They travel to Spain frequently to perform and teach flamenco. Chris B. Jácome composes for the Jácome Flamenco touring company and has a number of orchestra, movie, and television scores to his credit. Chris & Lena Jácome provide intimate, inviting and exceptionally exciting flamenco performances that only a perfectly matched pair can manifest. Chris and Lena’s mesmerizing concerts reflect kindred spirits who share their love for each other through their art.
