Série Concert intimeLa polyphonie géorgienne fait partie des traditions chantées les plus anciennes et complexes. Le chant en famille y joue un rôle essentiel, ayant permis sa survie à travers des siècles d’invasions et d’occupations.
Pour Ori Shalva (Shalva Makharashvili, Andrea Kuzmich et leurs fils Shalva-Lucas et Gabo), chanter est aussi naturel que respirer, ancré dans les célébrations familiales bien plus que dans des performances scéniques.

Intimate Concert Series
Georgian polyphony is one of the oldest and most complex of singing traditions. Family singing plays an essential role, having enabled it to survive through centuries of invasions and occupations.
For Ori Shlava (Shalva Makharashvili, Andrea Kuzmich and their sons Shalva-Lucas and Gabo), singing is as natural as breathing, rooted in family celebrations rather than stage performances.
The authenticity of their music stems from years of dedication and a musical heritage handed down from generation to generation.
