KURS ŞARTLARI VE KAYIT

Toronto Yunus Emre Enstitüsü, çocuklarımızın Türkçe konuşma, anlama ve iletişim becerilerini geliştirmelerine yardımcı olmak ve kendi kültürlerini daha iyi tanımalarını sağlamak için yeni bir Türkçe programı hazırladı.

Bu programda çocuklarımız, eğlenceli ve etkileşimli Türkçe dersleri ile dil öğrenirken keyifli bir yolculuğa çıkacaklar. Derslerimiz, çocukların Türkçeyi doğal bir şekilde kullanmalarını destekleyecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

Ayrıca, çocuklarımızın yaratıcılıklarını desteklemek amacıyla Türkçe derslerine ek olarak:

• Hacivat–Karagöz gölge oyunu atölyesi
• Müzik dersleri
• Seramik boyama
• Afiş tasarımı
• Drama etkinlikleri
• Halk oyunları
• Tabu gibi eğlenceli grup oyunları

gibi aktivitelerin yer alması düşünülmektedir. Bu etkinliklerle, çocuklar hem Türkçe pratiği yapacak hem de kültürel deneyimlerini artırırken yaratıcılıklarını keşfetme fırsatı bulacaklar.

KURSUN AMACI ve HEDEF KİTLE: Kurs, Türkçe konuşma, anlama ve iletişim becerilerini geliştirmelerine yardımcı olmak ve kendi kültürlerini daha iyi tanımalarını sağlamak amacıyla planlanmıştır. Ana dili Türkçe olan 7-9 yaş arası (2-4. sınıflarda eğitim gören) çocuklara yöneliktir.

DİL SEVİYESİ: Kurs, ana dili Türkçe olan çocuklara yöneliktir. Bu kriteri karşılayan ve gerekli yaş aralığında olan çocukların kayıtları, Türkçe düzeyleri konusunda başka bir koşul olmaksızın kabul edilecektir.

YAŞ: Kursa başvuran çocuklar, 7-9 yaş grubunda olmalıdır. Yaş kriterlerini karşılamayanlar kursa kabul edilmeyecektir.

KURS TARİHLERİ: Dersler, 6 Temmuz ile 31 Temmuz 2026 tarihleri arasında 4 hafta boyunca devam edecektir.

KURS GÜNLERİ VE SAATLERİ: Dersler hafta içi her gün 10.00 - 14.30 saatleri arasında gerçekleştirilecektir.

YER/MEKAN: Dersler, Toronto Yunus Emre Enstitüsünde, 2 Berkeley St. Suite:210, Toronto, ON adresinde yüz yüze yapılacaktır.

KURS MATERYALLERİ: Derslerde, Yunus Emre Enstitüsü tarafından hazırlanan ders kitapları ile yardımcı kitaplardan yararlanılacak ve ayrıca bu kurs için özel olarak geliştirilen veya uyarlanan öğrenim materyalleri kullanılacaktır.

ÖĞRETMENLER: Kurs, dil öğretimi konusunda eğitim ve deneyime sahip, ana dili Türkçe olan öğretmenler tarafından verilecektir.

KURS ÜCRETİ: Kurs ücreti haftalık 75 Kanada dolarıdır. Kurs ücreti, derslerde kullanılacak kitap ücretini ve etkinliklerde kullanılacak materyal ücretlerini içermektedir.

KAYIT: Kursa, Eventbrite üzerinden kayıt olmanız gerekmektedir. Kayıtlar başvuru sırasına göre alınacaktır. Kontenjanımız sınırlı olduğundan kayıt işlemlerini bir an önce yapmanızı tavsiye ederiz.

KURS İPTALİ: Kurslar, sınıflar için belirlenen asgari kontenjan dolmadığı takdirde iptal edilebilir.

KAYIT İPTALİ: Dersler başlamadan önce veya kursun ilk haftasında kaydınızı iptal etmeniz mümkündür. Bu durumda, ödediğiniz kurs ücreti herhangi bir kesinti yapılmadan iade edilecektir. Ancak, Eventbrite tarafından alınan işlem ücretleri iade edilmeyebilir. İlk haftadan sonraki iptallerde, kurs ücreti iade edilmeyecektir. Tüm iadeler kayıt işlemini yaptıranın banka hesabına yapılacaktır.

KAYIT BELGELERİ: Kurs başladığında, Toronto Yunus Emre Enstitüsü, ek kayıt formları doldurmanızı ve ek kayıt belgeleri talep edebilir. Enstitü, tüm belgeleri ve bilgileri ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak saklayacaktır.

Such activities are planned to be included in the program. Through these activities, children will have the opportunity to practice Turkish, enrich their cultural experiences, and explore their creativity.

The Toronto Yunus Emre Institute has prepared a new Turkish program to help our children improve their Turkish speaking, comprehension, and communication skills, and to help them get to know their own culture better.

In this program, our children will embark on an enjoyable journey while learning the language through fun and interactive Turkish lessons. Our classes are designed to support children in using Turkish naturally.

In addition, to support our children’s creativity, the program plans to include the following activities alongside the Turkish lessons:

• Hacivat–Karagöz shadow play workshop
• Music lessons
• Ceramic painting
• Poster design
• Drama activities
• Folk dance
• Fun group games such as Taboo
  Through these activities, children will both practice Turkish and have the opportunity to discover their creativity while enriching their cultural experiences.

The course is designed to help children improve their Turkish speaking, comprehension, and communication skills, and to support them in getting to know their own culture more deeply.
It is intended for children aged 7–9 (Grades 2–4) whose native language is Turkish.

The course is intended for children whose mother tongue is Turkish. Children who meet this criterion and fall within the required age range will be accepted without any additional Turkish proficiency requirements.

Children applying for the course must be between 7 and 9 years old. Applicants who do not meet the age requirement will not be admitted.

Classes will take place over a period of 4 weeks, from July 6 to July 31, 2026.

Classes will be held on weekdays, every day from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Classes will take place in person at the Toronto Yunus Emre Institute, located at 2 Berkeley St., Suite 210, Toronto, ON

In the lessons, textbooks and supplementary materials prepared by the Yunus Emre Institute will be used. In addition, learning materials specially developed or adapted for this course will also be utilized.

The course will be delivered by teachers who are native Turkish speakers and have education and experience in language teaching.

The course fee is 75 Canadian dollars per week. This fee includes the cost of the books used in class as well as the materials needed for activities.

Registration for the course must be completed via Eventbrite. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. As spaces are limited, we recommend completing your registration as soon as possible.

Courses may be cancelled if the minimum required number of participants for a class is not reached.

You may cancel your registration before the course begins or during the first week of the course. In this case, the course fee you have paid will be fully refunded without any deduction. However, processing fees charged by Eventbrite may not be refundable. Cancellations made after the first week will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be made to the bank account of the person who completed the registration.

When the course begins, the Toronto Yunus Emre Institute may request that you complete additional registration forms and submit further documents. The Institute will store all documents and information in accordance with the relevant regulations.
