There are, like, millions of songs and musical compositions of every sort about Paris or about something in Paris or happening in Paris or songs written in Paris or songs written by people who want to be in Paris. Well, maybe tens of thousands. Wikipedia has a list of over 2,500 of them. If Cole Porter had lived long enough, he'd have written at least a thousand. Even Dave Frishberg wrote a song about Paris…or rather a song about songs about Paris. There are, let's just say, lots. Chuck Redd and company welcome Shirley Andress, Lynnea Barry and Michael Stone for an evening of favorites from the Classic Songbook, jazz and contemporary masters.
This concert has two performances. Thursday evening and Friday matinée.
