A regular yoga practice can stretch and strengthen your body and make you feel generally more focused and relaxed :-))
We teach Viniyoga, which is an approach to hatha yoga, working slowly with the breath, taking time to absorb the practice. No gimmicks just authenticate yoga :-))
We run our mixed ability classes Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 6-7.15pm, Mondays and Tuesdays 7.30-8.45pm AND Wednesdays and Fridays 10-11.15am. All suitable for BEGINNERS too :-)
ONLY £68 FOR UNLIMITED YOGA CLASSES until the last day of our term! Also includes access to our online classes and on demand videos!
NB: Classes must be taken within our term dates :-)
