There is no better time to set your child up for a healthy life! Join North Alexandria’s Zweet Sport in this elite Kids Fitness Summer Camp! This week long camp will introduce fitness and nutrition in an interactive environment based on age. Participants will engage in challenges to better themselves, while incorporating the valuable skill of teamwork to achieve a common goal. Each day will include a healthy snack. The week will conclude with an age-appropriate fitness challenge to win their very own Zweet Sport Kids Fitness Summer Camp medal!

• Preview of Daily Schedule:
  Monday- pretest, bodyweight exercise stations, games
  Tuesday- challenge stations (rope climb, sprints, push ups, sit ups, etc…)
  Wednesday- nutrition lesson, cycle overview and class
  Thursday- stretching lesson, game, and teamwork
  Friday- post fitness challenge and teamwork game

Minimum of 8 kids and maximum of 16 kids per group.

Two Groups:
Little Athletes (ages 5-8) June 24- 28, 2024
Advanced Athletes (ages 9-12) July 8-12, 2024

TIME: 1:00-3:00pm
