Zumba® for Kids is for ages 7 to 11. It is a dance fitness class just like adult Zumba®, but with age-appropriate music and moves, and an emphasis on "feeling fearless on the dance floor." Dancing not only keeps kids active and healthy but also promotes mental well-being by boosting their mood and confidence.
This class is designed as a drop-off and pick-up class. You can walk your student to the gym for attendance, but if you are wanting to stay you will need to wait in the hallway during class.
