Never tried Zumba before? Why not give it a go at my new classes at St Barnabas Church Hall in Gloucester?

* All Moves Welcome! Zumba is all about having some fun whilst getting a workout. You can move to each track at your own level and in your own way, there are no wrong moves!

* Time: Classes are Mon at 12pm and Fri at 9:30am

* Classes are 50 minutes long

* Classes are £5. Your first class will be FREE

* Payments: You can pay by card or with cash on the day or book my classes in advance via zumba .com

• Please bring a water bottle and a small towel if you need it. You can refill your bottles in the hall

* Location: Church Hall opposite St Barnabas Church, Stroud Road, Gloucester

* Parking: There are a small number of spaces available directly outside the hall.

There is a small church car park directly opposite, which you can use, unless it's being used for a church service.

There is also street parking available nearby on Pembury Road, St Barnabas Close and Southfield Road. Please park responsibly and don't use any grass verges.

* At your first class, before taking part, you will need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) . If you'd like to see a copy in advance please message me
