Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome as you exercise to amazing Latin and World music. The drop in cost for each session is $10 or a $40 punch card for five sessions can be purchased.
