As part of the Strong Families Campaign, the amazing Deltona YMCA Zumba Instructors will be leading Zumba Specialty Classes during regularly scheduled classes the week of April 6th to the 11th. ******Tuesday April 7th - 5:15PM - Zumba Step: Zumba Step is a high-energy fitness class that combines traditional aerobic step exercises with Latin-inspired dance, aimed at strengthening legs and glutes. It uses an elevated platform (riser) to increase cardio intensity, enhancing calorie burn while incorporating dance moves to sculpt the lower body and core******
Through our Campaign, we raise funds that stay right here in our community, helping provide scholarships for swim lessons, childcare, youth programs, and YMCA memberships so that no one is turned away because of financial barriers.
