🎃 Put on your halloween costume or festive gear and get ready to dance! Whether you're brand new to Zumba or have taken many Zumba classes, you'll have fun in this calorie-burning, intense Zumba class! Zumba is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, and feel-it-to-the-core halloween party! Zumba is a cardio-based workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. 👻
Each class will include at least 6 different rhythms such as Merengue, Reggaeton, Belly-dancing, Bollywood, Salsa, etc. It is dynamic and never boring! Get ready for a solid hour of high energy and fun Zumba workout that is sure to leave you sweating and feeling fine! You'll be amazed at how your body will move to the beat of the music. 🐈‍⬛
👻 Everyone is welcome to this Zumba Halloween Party!
Please bring clean sneakers/dance sneakers and a bottle of water.
