About this Event
If you want to keep moving, you have to get moving! And dancing with others is one of the most fun ways to stay active. This class proves it’s never too late to pick up some new moves. Zumba Gold is perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love but at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. No prior dance experience necessary and this class is suitable for dancers of all ages and fitness levels.
Program note: Please come dressed in comfortable sneakers and bring your own water bottle.
