💃Zumba is a fun, high energy dance workout. It mixes Latina and international music with easy to follow dance moves. It's all about letting loose , shaking off the stress of the day, and having FUN while you get a good workout. Bring your energy, your smile and be ready to move with Latonja. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 10 AM and Friday evening at 6 PM.
